Ham on Regal was born in the fall of 1963, with the opening of Joel E. Ferris High School. Two parent-teacher groups combined to put together a show that would raise funds to support school activities.
Ham on Regal is a musical/comedy show written and performed annually by Ferris High School parents and school staff. This unique fundraiser enables the Ferris Parent Teacher Group (PTG) to allocate proceeds from the show to various activities, academics, athletics, administrative and supply needs to classrooms, teachers and students.
