Case Study: Managing a Regional Police Evidence Management and Forensic Lab Information Management System Launch - Project Overview and Lessons Learned
The Spokane Police Department and Spokane County Sheriff's Office share a regional property/evidence facility and a forensics lab. In 2022, the software for the property facility was upgraded to a major new release and a lab information management system was added for improved services and to track chain of custody. Learn what it's like to manage a major regional project that includes both an upgrade and a new implementation. We'll cover the project itself, stakeholder management, and lessons learned.
