Procurement and Project Management
Ever find that a RFP for a product or service requirement within a project causes undue risk (at best) or derailment (at worst)? This session will dive into lessons learned to help make procurement one of your project’s strongest, instead of weakest, components. You won’t want to miss this talk with Ariane’s 20 years’ experience in planning and research, where she will talk about their new RFP approach and strategy.
Ariane’s presentation will highlight how procurement fits (correctly) into a project plan and what do when reality just does not follow proper protocol.
Why not register right now?!? In fact, this is a great opportunity to bring a co-worker so they can experience our dinner meeting and earn PDU's too. We love when you bring guests to our events!
