Marci Gannon - Chapter President
Marci Gannon, PMP and PMP-ACP, has been working in project management for ten years and is currently Manager – Project Management at STCU. Marci has recently obtained her PMP and ACP certification, completed a credit union management program at Western CUNA Management School and completed her Master of Art degree in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University which have all enhanced her ability to understand people and teams, maintain professional and technical knowledge and thrive on new challenges, growth, efficiencies and process improvement.
She currently leads a self-managing, high performing team of project managers and contributes to the oversight of the credit union’s project management office and resource management, procedures and templates, project collaboration and portfolio management and training and support. When not working, Marci enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son and two dogs, most specifically outdoors, hiking and running.
Matt Connelly - VP of Programs
Matt Connelly’s passion throughout his career has always been around customer satisfaction, voice of the customer, process improvement, attention to detail and excellent project management/people management. His current role at Avista is managing enterprise application delivery projects on the Enterprise Technologies team. At Microsoft, he managed User Education teams delivering complex documentation sets for 21+ years of shipping developer products and tools. At Concur he was a senior project manager on the Global Product Marketing Launch team, managing go to market activities for US and Global releases. Matt received his PMP certification this year.
He recently moved back to Spokane, his hometown, after living Duvall, WA on the west side of the state for almost 28 years. His background and excellent connections in Spokane will help recruit excellent speakers from the community to support and teach the importance of project management, program management and portfolio management in organizations. He plans to help PMI INW educate the local businesses and leaders on the importance of a PMO, as well as finding leaders in Spokane who can speak on behalf of the success they have had with project management in their organizations.
Andrea Sutherlin – VP of Operations
Andrea has been working in projects for over 15 years and is currently a Senior Project Manager at Pearson Packaging Systems. With both a Communications/Public Relations degree from Seattle University as well as a Mechanical Engineering degree from Washington State University, her career has taken her into a variety of industries including energy, petrochemical, and manufacturing.
Andrea’s past work experience includes working as a Project Engineer for BP where she led multiple refinery projects, Applications Engineer at Alliance Machine Systems, and Project Manager at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. In 2006, Andrea moved to Spokane to marry her husband and become a stepmom to four fantastic kids.
When not working, Andrea and her husband Scott enjoy being involved with their church, attending Science Fiction conventions, working on their house, and spending time with their family.
Toni Woodbridge – VP of Education
Toni Woodbridge is a Project Manager at STCU, a 2.7 billion dollar credit union based in Liberty Lake, WA. Toni has been working in projects at the Credit Union since 2004.
Toni graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2004. She also received her Project Management Professional certification in July of 2013 and her Certified Scrum Master certification in 2015. She has been a member of the Inland Northwest Chapter of PMI since the fall of 2012.
Toni is interested in the position of VP of Education because she believes that with an education you can do anything. She is excited to take on this new adventure and hopes to continue to maintain the great level of educational opportunities the board provides.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her Husband, Son, Daughter, and their two dogs, binge-watching old TV series, playing games, napping and providing a healthy home for her family.
Holly Hanna - VP of Membership
Holly Hanna is a certified Project Manager since 2016 and received her Agile certification in 2018. She has been a member of the Inland Northwest Chapter since Fall of 2015. Holly is working as a Project Manager at Northwest Farm Credit Services. She is enrolled in Capella University completing her BS in Business with a specialization in PM. Holly has 15 years of experience working in operations, marketing, technology, and project management.
With her spare time, she enjoys time outdoors with her husband on their 16-acre farm in Medical Lake. They raise chickens, throw balls for dogs, provide refuge for discarded Easter rabbits, walk cats and garden.
Tatiana Plett – VP of Finance
Tatiana Plett has been a Senior Project Manager with Avista for the past three years. With more than 10 years of experience in the utility and construction industries, she is proficient in design, planning and the execution of large projects. She has a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima (Peru) and a Masters in Engineering Systems Management from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio, Texas.
She is also a certified PMP by the PMI since 2013. Her experience in finance is vast. She has worked for seven years as Manager and CFO for 2 large organizations in Peru. In 2001, she established a non-profit organization in Colombia to help poor children affected by displacement caused by insurgent activities. She lives in the Spokane Valley with her family.
Deborah Dickerson - VP of Marketing
Deborah Dickerson has had a digital marketing and IT consulting business for the past 4 years. She has worked with small businesses in the Spokane and Sandpoint area crafting and executing their digital marketing strategy. This includes website development, social media, blogging and email marketing. She has been involved in project management for almost 20 years across many industries and has been a certified PMP since 2004. Deborah has an MBA in sustainable business and lives in Sandpoint, Idaho.
She has created and executed social media strategies utilizing Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter and has developed and maintained websites on a variety of platforms including WordPress, Weebly and Squarespace. Deborah has managed a variety of budgets for projects for IT departments and smaller organizations such as homeowners associations. Deborah recently founded a digital marketing company called Ubeity.
When not working, she can be found paddling in the lake, hiking in the mountains or peddling around Sandpoint. She also enjoys serving at her church.
Matt McCoy - Past Chapter President
Matt McCoy, PMP, has been working in project management for eight years and is currently Special Projects Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance. He holds an MBA in Operations and Technology Management from the University of Portland and a BA in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Idaho. Matt’s varied background includes digital marketing, Six Sigma consulting and currently focuses on Lean and process improvement.
Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three-year-old son, home brewing beer, sailing Lake Coeur d’Alene, and attempting to keep up a running regimen.
