Event Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

PMI Inland Northwest is committed to providing valuable professional development and networking opportunities while responsibly managing chapter resources. The following policy applies to all chapter events unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Credits

Cancellation requests received at least 14 calendar days before an event are eligible for one of the following:

• 100% Event Credit: Receive the full registration amount as a unique registration code toward a future PMIINW event.
• 90% Refund: Receive 90% of the registration amount refunded to the original payment method. The remaining 10% covers cancellation and administrative costs.

Registration codes are valid for 12 months from the original event date, are single-use, and have no cash value. Any unused balance after redemption is forfeited.

No refunds or credits are available for cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the event.

Ticket Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee for the same event at no additional administrative charge when requested at least 3 calendar days before the event.

If the replacement attendee does not qualify for the original registration rate, the applicable price difference must be paid. No refunds will be issued if the replacement attendee qualifies for a lower rate.

Transfers to another event are not permitted except through the event credit process described above.

Registration and Member Pricing

Attendees are responsible for selecting the appropriate ticket type during registration. Eligible members must sign in to access member pricing.

Membership discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed registrations.

Requests and Event Changes

All cancellation, refund, credit, and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Please include the event name, registration information, and attendee name. For ticket transfers, include the replacement attendee's name and email address.

The date the request is received determines eligibility.

If PMI Inland Northwest cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund or may elect a 100% event credit.

PMI Inland Northwest reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
